You can delete your Haydai account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and removes your profile and personal data from Haydai, as described below.
Delete your account from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Haydai app:
- Open Haydai on your phone.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion or contact us
If you can no longer open the app, send us a request below. Include the phone number you registered with so we can verify it. We process verified deletion requests within 7 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data, including:
- Your profile — name, profile photo, "about" text, and email (if provided)
- Your phone number's association with Haydai
- Your messages, status updates, and media stored for your account
- Your contacts and connections within Haydai
- Your coin balance and wallet history
- Your device push tokens, so you stop receiving notifications
Data we may keep, and for how long
After deletion, certain limited records may be retained only where required by law or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents (for example, transaction logs). Any such data is kept for no longer than 90 days and is then permanently erased. We do not use it to identify you or to provide the service after deletion.
