Who may contact them
Approved contacts only: the people you approve can message or call the child, and you always can. Discover, public statuses and purchases are each a switch you set.
When they may use it
Set quiet hours and a daily screen-time limit. Outside those, the child sees a friendly wall from Haydi, our character, not a scary lock.
What you see
The rules you set, and the time used against the daily limit. Not their chats, not their calls. Trust goes both ways.

Does the parent see the child's messages?
No. The parent sees the rules and the usage time, never the content of chats or calls.
Can the child remove the rules?
No. Rules are kept on Haydai's servers for the child's account and can only be changed or removed by the parent.
How do I unlink?
From the parental controls page on either phone. Both sides are asked to confirm.
